Day radio jouney : CNR13+ Chinese window prg on 15-16z

9420/9890 Chinese program  instead of CNR 13  on 1520 today Jan 1  Seems to be also //6145 (CNR17 ) Off 1600 in both freqs  Very sad

9420 CNR13 on 15-16 with a Chinese program window After 1600 station returned to the Uighur service airing music program Due to the low level signal over the noise in my system (-85/100dbm or S7/4)   I  listened  via  the remote kiwi SDRs in Doha and then via Albertisa /Hungary which after 1614 started having high timeouts  Signal was with 45 db SNR  with max  at S9/-74 dBm Interesting leisure music  for   work 
No info is shown in any frequency list so far (eibi /HFCC )

Finally I managed to find an ID once again via the AlbertissaSDR in Hungary

noticing as CNR  Min3zu4 guangbo  or 民族广播 or that means “ethnic transmission”

this verifies that the CNR13 opens a Chinese news  subprogram  in the CNR13 service!
