Bayto Yiakl on 15745 [some pesonal story behind ]

Om 7/11  there was some hot discussion in between the WOR email list on a new (old? ) radio station under the name Bayto Yakl 

As noticed by one of these emails :

``There are Eritrean "Bayto Yiakl" organisations in the USA and UK,with websites, Facebook pages e.g. https://baytoyiakl.org/ The "Voiceof Bayto Yiakl" program links from August on this US website show17545 (kHz?). Translating from Tigrinya, "Bayto" seems to mean"assembly" and "Yiakl" seems to mean "Enough is enough". 73, xxxxx``

 

After that Immediately posted in the WOR page a message on how Goo is translated in Amharic that is close to Tigre

I then waited  to check their transmission on 15745 on 1530 which was immediately posted in two groups in Youtibe 

with the log to in two FC groups together with a screenshot with a video posted in YouTube

as Tigre is not available and using Amharic to Goo translate

yields:

Bayto Yiakl or ባይቶ ይኣክል  yields as "Add a look'

ሕቡራት መንግስታት ኣመሪካ  (ḥiburati menigisitati amerīka) translates into

United States of America - Just for info!

Just a report: 17545.04 with open carrier 75/140 dB before 1530 then

IDing as “densi atl“ mentioning many times America and Mathias (Esaias noted ) and

their tel number, only once I heard Bayto Yaki [sic =Yakl ]

Its carrier is wandering in between 100 Hz. Video: [look for it ]

As anyone can see the carrier is unstable. It waves in a minimal range of around +/-100 Hz 

later I have received a message from another  top DXer who was wondering on how TDF signal was so unstable. His first thought came that my SDR was rather amateurish or even the mini PC i use !

Instead the SDR even after 10  hours of use has not any drift or even 'sign' of instability. I have used that day - 7/11/20 - from 09 morning to 03 morning with a break for only 1,5 hour!
