It has been more than 9 months since I made this video. Since then, I have added some internal code with song and video information, as well as some hashtags to reach a wider audience—a failed attempt, as I can see not only from this video but from later ones as well. My only goal was to polish the lyrics, and remaking the videos is rather time-prohibitive considering other, much more important tasks with tight deadlines.
The next interesting item is a picture of me created with Gemini and Nano Banana, based on a mini-script popularized these days on the @threads web app.
Finally, this article was written on 12/2. Today is a festive yet busy day which we call Tsiknopempti (=Smoky Thursday); it is similar to what is known ιin France as Mardi Gras or Fat Thursday in the West. Here are a few clips from the ERT news channel:
Tsiknopempti is a unique tradition in Greece celebrated eleven days before the start of Lent. Its name comes from the word "tsikna," referring to the smell of grilled meat that fills the air across the country. It is a joyful day of celebration where families and friends gather to grill meat over charcoal and enjoy their time together. This tradition marks the final preparation before the period of fasting and reflection begins.
Gemini proposed a picture that mixes both instances as below
Whether you are tuning in for the radio celebrations or enjoying the festive spirit of Tsiknopempti, I hope this day brings you joy and inspiration. Stay tuned for more updates, and as always, enjoy the music and the traditions that bring us together.
Happy Radio Day and Happy Tsiknopempti to everyone!
